Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied claims.
- Analyze AR aging and support recovery strategies.
- Verify patient benefits and billing documentation.
- Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily reports.
Requirements / Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Medical Billing or AR follow-up is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with billing software.
