Thrive Medical Billing Services is expanding its team and hiring an experienced AR Executive with a strong understanding of US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Candidates with expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, claim resolution, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Manage denials and work toward resolving claim issues.
- Use insurance payer portals to investigate claim statuses and payment issues.
- Support payment posting and appeals processes.
- Follow up with insurance payers to facilitate timely claim resolution.
- Maintain effective communication and consistent follow-up throughout the AR process.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare RCM.
- Strong knowledge of AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Experience with insurance payer portals, payment posting, and appeals.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency is required.
- Experience in medical specialties such as Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, General and Specialty Surgery, or other medical specialties is relevant to the company's listed specialties.
