Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable follow-up.
- Work on appeals and claim follow-ups.
- Communicate with insurance companies.
- Handle patient calls related to billing and account follow-up.
- Support resolution of outstanding billing issues.
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience in U.S. medical billing or AR.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with appeals, follow-ups, insurance calls, and patient calls.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Familiarity with medical billing software.
