MediCloud Billing Solution LLC is urgently hiring an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist for its onsite office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The role focuses on U.S. medical billing, insurance follow-ups, denial management, aged AR analysis, appeals, and unpaid claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily insurance follow-ups.
- Analyze aged Accounts Receivable reports.
- Follow up on and resolve unpaid claims.
- Review EOBs and ERAs.
- Identify root causes of claim denials.
- Prepare and submit claim appeals.
- Navigate clearinghouses and online insurance portals.
- Use EHR and medical billing systems as part of AR follow-up activities.
Requirements / Skills
- 6 months–1 year of experience in U.S. Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Denial Management.
- Hands-on experience with insurance follow-ups and aged AR analysis.
- Experience reviewing EOBs and ERAs.
- Ability to identify denial root causes and submit appeals.
- Experience using clearinghouses and payer portals such as Availity and Navinet.
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks, AdvancedMD, NexTech, Athena, and Tebra.
- Basic understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Knowledge of timely filing guidelines.
