Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Review AR aging reports and prioritize unpaid claims.
- Contact insurance payers to resolve claim status issues and payment delays.
- Investigate claim denials and identify their root causes.
- Submit corrected claims, reconsiderations, and appeals.
- Resolve underpayments and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes and AR records.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), particularly in Eligibility Verification and AR.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, payer portals, and AR processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
