Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable follow-up for U.S. medical billing.
- Work on claim denials and insurance follow-ups.
- Perform payment posting.
- Follow up with major U.S. insurance payers.
- Maintain accurate billing and follow-up records.
- Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AR or U.S. Medical Billing.
- Strong knowledge of denial management.
- Experience with insurance follow-ups.
- Experience with payment posting.
- Experience working with major U.S. insurance payers.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Experience with EMRs such as Office Ally, Kareo, eClinicalWorks (eCW), AdvancedMD, or similar systems is preferred.
