Key Responsibilities
- Handle denial management and claim resolution.
- Manage AR aging and outstanding claims.
- Perform payment and reimbursement follow-up.
- Support Accounts Receivable and revenue recovery activities.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Medical Billing or AR.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience with ModMed is considered an added advantage.
