Key Responsibilities
- Review medical billing processes for accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines.
- Identify billing errors, discrepancies, and underpayments.
- Analyze billing issues and support their resolution.
- Help maintain billing quality and accuracy across assigned workflows.
- Apply knowledge of medical billing processes to support quality assurance.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US healthcare billing QA.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes and payer guidelines.
- Ability to identify billing errors, discrepancies, and underpayments.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency is required.
- Experience in medical specialties such as Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, General and Specialty Surgery, or other medical specialties is relevant to the company's listed specialties.
