RMS Medical Billing is urgently hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join its team in Lahore. Candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in US medical billing AR, insurance claim management, and denial resolution are encouraged to apply.
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (US Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AR follow-up on outstanding and unpaid insurance claims.
- Manage insurance claim statuses and follow up with payers for resolution.
- Investigate and address denials, rejections, and unpaid claims.
- Use insurance portals to verify claim statuses and review payment information.
- Analyze EOBs and ERAs to support accurate claim and payment review.
- Identify underpayments and overpayments.
- Apply knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance processes to resolve AR issues.
Requirements / Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Medical Billing AR.
- Strong knowledge of AR follow-up and insurance claim management.
- Experience handling denials, rejections, and unpaid claims.
- Knowledge of insurance portals, EOBs/ERAs, and claim status verification.
- Ability to identify underpayments and overpayments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore during the night shift.
