Available Positions: Experienced and Fresher
Salary Packages
- Experienced Candidates (1–2 years): PKR 60,000–90,000 per month
- Freshers: PKR 40,000–60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient queries and scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain and update Excel files.
- Work toward achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Support smooth communication and coordination with patients and clients.
Requirements / Skills
- Experienced Candidates: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers: Good communication skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage Excel files and maintain accurate records.
- A professional attitude and a customer-focused approach.
