Transcure is hiring a MIPS Data & Reporting Specialist for its team in Shadman, Lahore. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant medical billing experience who have strong data analysis, reporting, and Excel skills and are comfortable working US business hours.

Role Overview
Combine technical skills with a strong understanding of medical billing processes to support MIPS reporting, data validation, analysis, submission, and credentialing processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, validate, and analyze clinical and billing data from EHR systems.
- Review patient encounters, CPT codes, ICD-10 codes, and quality codes.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and correct provider attribution.
- Prepare quality measure reports, including numerator and denominator data.
- Support Promoting Interoperability and Improvement Activities reporting.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and missing information.
- Collaborate with practice staff to address documentation, coding, and data gaps.
- Report on organic performance and AEO/GEO visibility.
Requirements / Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical billing; relevant medical billing experience is required.
- Working knowledge of EHR systems and reporting platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, lookup functions, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
- Ability to interpret clinical documentation and work with large datasets.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Understanding of patient confidentiality and secure handling of healthcare information.
Nice to Have
- Experience with EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Epic, Practice Fusion, Tebra, or AdvancedMD.
- Familiarity with multiple providers or medical specialties.
- Knowledge of retrospective chart review and quality reporting code validation.
