Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and unpaid claims.
- Assist with denial management and claim follow-up.
- Review claim-related information carefully and maintain accuracy in assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively to support timely resolution of AR issues.
Requirements / Skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist.
- Good understanding of denial management and claim follow-up.
- Good verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
